ELHAUS belt systems are alternatively made as a 4-, 5- or 6-belt version. The rollers of the run out conveyor are temperature resistant. They are frequency controlled in accordance with the extrusion speed. The cooling bed is lengthwise passable by integrated gratings.

ELHAUS belt systems are built as a modular system. Therefore all possible variations can be carried out without any difficulties. The use of aluminium profiles which can be anodised, if requested, makes an attractive appearance and leads to a high identification of the operating and maintenance personnel with the equipment.

The drive units are especially torsion proof. The belts themselves are protected against lateral wear by an integrated key guidance. Automatic belt tensioning can be realised, if requested.
