Storage / Feed-in conveyors

As a space saving alternative to the conventional simple gravity storage table ELHAUS offers multi layer storages, too. Whether you like to store several alloys permanently or just one alloy in a larger amount - both is possible.

The logs or billets are taken from the different floors by a hydraulically operated lift and placed onto the feed-in conveyor. The heater is fed by a driven reversible conveyor.

Together with the reversible heater chain, the heater can be discharged backwards within a short time period. The lowest floor of the storage can be lowered by a hose cylinder. So it is possible to lay down the complete reversed heater column there.
