Stretchers

ELHAUS stretcher Equipment shows a special rigid and compact quality. Lamellar clamping devices in combination with a movable lower jaw achieve a substantial reduction of stretcher scrap rate, especially with higher profiles. In both stretcher heads there are folding-up stops. With additional sensors at both stretcher heads it is possible to stretch the majority of the production fully automatically or to stretch critical profiles in a one-man operation at least.

For smaller stretchers where mainly light and flat profiles are processed a jaw clamping device can be used alternatively. Two video cameras at both heads enable an operator to control stretching by corresponding monitors.
